Meet the Team

JULIA REDGRAVE

I have worked in the voluntary sector for over 11 years all across the Eastern Region and primarily in disability services that ranged from supported living to empowerment, and facilities management to strategy development. I am an active volunteer in Suffolk, where I live with my Husband and Son and enjoy getting involved in my community.

I am very much looking forward to being part of the amazing team here at Momentum and delivering support and services to you, our members, that inspire, involve and empower the children and young people you work with. I will be getting out and about in my first year to meet you and in the meantime please contact me with any events that you feel I or members of the team would benefit from attending.

ROS CZARNOWSKA

Ros Czarnowska is an experienced training and organisational development professional who spent a number of years in the private sector both in the UK and in Europe. She has been in Norfolk working in the Children and Young People's arena for the last 8 years, during which time she has worked in schools, run frontline voluntary sector support services, and worked in Children’s Services. She has been with Momentum for 3 years, strengthening workforce support and strategic links for the Voluntary Sector. This has included developing resources, designing and delivering training, and locating funding for workforce development. She has two teenage boys and a dog.

JACQUI DORAN

Jacqui Doran joined Momentum in May 2010 as an Early Years Development Worker having previously worked for Norfolk Early Years Support Network.

Jacqui can support early years groups on a range of issues including, recruitment, finance, committee support, involving parents and risk assessment. Jacqui can attend committee meetings and AGMs and provide support by visit, email or on the telephone.

Jacqui delivers Committee training on a regular basis throughout the year at Eastgate Place or in-house at your setting.

LIZ FREDERICKS

Liz Fredericks joined the team in June 2010 as Universal Services Development Worker. Liz has worked for a number of disability charities and advice agencies in Norfolk and for Norfolk County Council Social Services.

Liz’s role at Momentum is to work with youth groups to help them provide their services to young people with disabilities. She can advise groups on how to make their services more inclusive and accessible to a wider range of young people.

Liz can also help groups find suitable training, funding or support and can find other suitable youth groups for them to work with. She can work with children with disabilities to help them find accessible and appropriate leisure activities.

JANE WILMOT

Jane Wilmot joined the team in April 2008 initially as a clerical assistant to deal with membership and general administration.

Jane’s role within the team has developed along with the organisation and now heads up the finance role department and also deals with Criminal Records Bureau checks and Forum administration and membership.

TRACY DACK

Tracy Dack joined the organisation in February 2009 initially to cover maternity leave.

Tracy has now become a permanent member of staff and co-ordinates the Training Programme. In addition she administers the Grant Aid Service along with Criminal Records Bureau Checks and Human Resources administration.

JESS DILLON

Jess started back in September 2010 and has settled in very quickly. Her duties include general administration and answering inquiries on the telephone. Jess is currently studying for her level 2 qualification in business administration. The team, at Momentum has been very helpful in helping her to find her feet and to learn new things. Jess also had the chance to help organise a conference for our Voluntary Sector Forum. The conference itself made it in to the Eastern Daily Press news Paper.

SAM MOON

Sam has worked in the youth sector for over 15 years. Spending 8 years with Somerset County Council as an area youth worker with a focus on youth club set up & delivery, diversity work and working with young men. Sam also works freelance for UKYouth supporting the healthy young adult transitions project.

Sam has returned to Norfolk to be closer to family and joined Momentum in July 2011.

SARAH O'DONNELL

Sarah graduated from University in 2002 and with a degree in Early Childhood Studies. She went onto work for a very large childcare provider in Derby in a management position.

After relocated back to the East Sarah worked for the County Council development team based at a busy high school on the extended schools agenda - she stayed within the organisation through it changing to an academy. Sarah also has a number of years experience with children's charities across the UK and has also worked within a Special Educational Needs Unit in Peckham - South London.
