You will support the provision of high quality Short Break activities at The Hamlet, Johnson Place during weekends, school holidays and some evenings. These may be centre and/or community based for children and young people between the ages of 3 and 18 years with disabilities.

The children who live at the home have suffered numerous placement breakdowns following neglect and trauma in their early years. We work with a therapeutic and child centred approach that allows the young people to grow in our care.
