Description of Service

Evolve East Anglia CIC has two main areas of work. Firstly the organisation provides support and accommodation for young people aged 16 and upwards. The majority of our young people are care leavers. We also provide within two schemes, supported move on accommodation for people who have recently been in-patients with Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT). The objective of the service is to provide Service Users with short term support and accommodation, during which time service users are supported towards moving in to longer term/permanent accommodation.

We would be interested to receive applications from people who believe they have the skills to work across the full range of our services. Evolve East Anglia CIC is a values based organisation and as such we provide a person centred approach and we develop support plans based on an understanding of service users history as well as their psychological and social needs. The organisation continues to grow and employees can expect good quality training, supervision and opportunities for personal and career development.

The successful applicants will be required to work evenings and weekends according to a rota and will need a current driving licence and the use of a vehicle. The post is subject to a disclosure and barring service check.
