Who can apply for West Norfolk YAB Capacity Building Grant?
This funding is intended to help voluntary organisations working with young people aged between 12 -20 years in a voluntary capacity* Your organisation must be within the geographical boundaries of West Norfolk. The money must be used to enhance the leisure time of young people 12- 20 years
What can the money be used for?
Paying rents, insurance's and general running costs in relation to working with young people.
Purchasing equipment and organising activities. Any equipment purchased must be handed back to the YAB should your organisation cease to exist - If you're not sure give us a ring
How much can we ask for?
The maximum amount is £1000 which is designed to make the money available to many groups

The King's Lynn Youth Advisory Board (YAB) invites quotes from youth service providers to partner with the YAB to manage and deliver programmes for youth (13-19 year olds) in the community via a mobile youth centre/provision for a period of 12 months. Funding of £29,950 is available to the successful organisation.Opportunities may exist to extend the partnership should additional funding become available and subject to satisfactory delivery in the 1st term. The appointed delivery partner will be expected to support the YAB in sourcing additional funding to support delivery beyond 12 months.
The King's Lynn and West Norfolk Youth Advisory Board (YAB) is a body of professionals and young people that meet on a regular basis to discuss issues that impact on young people and play a strategic role in meeting their needs. On behalf of Norfolk County Council, the King's Lynn and West Norfolk YAB has been tasked with commissioning a range of projects to support young people throughout the area.
