The Hamlet are looking for a Support Worker with experience of supporting people with autism and the challenges individuals face with routines, behaviour, communication and social engagements.
We are looking for a full time Support Worker to work at The Hamlet in our vibrant and caring service. You will support young adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs through a wide range of activities within the centre and local community.
You will work in a lively and passionate service, working on a one to one basis with students with specific needs, but will also support students in a small group setting.

To ensure that students, whatever their ability, are able to take as full a part as possible in their chosen activities, enabling independence and enjoyment.
