Hours: 37.25 hours per week
Location: Norwich based but covering Norfolk and Suffolk
Salary: £30,004.13 per annum/£15.49 per hour plus pension scheme and employee assistance package
Ben’s Social Enterprises (BSE) is the trading arm of The Benjamin Foundation, a charity supporting children, young people and families across Norfolk and Suffolk.
BSE currently operates 3 x second hand furniture and electrical stores in Norfolk and manages 2 x Re-Use Shops in Suffolk. As well as raising vital funds for the work of the charity, the stores provide high quality, low cost furniture and household items to local communities. Due to continuing growth there is the need for an experienced Operational Manager to join our team.
Leading a team of Store Managers, Assistant Managers and staff across Norfolk and Suffolk, you will provide support, motivation and challenge to ensure the efficient and effective running of Ben’s Social Enterprises. With a strong background in retail management, our ideal candidate will have project management and multi-site experience, with confidence in setting budgets. Excellent communication skills are essential with the ability to forge strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
