Hours: 18 hours per week
Location: King's Lynn
Contract: Fixed until 1st Feb 2021 in the first instance
Salary: £8,807.76 annum/£9.41 per hour plus on call and sleep ins paid in addition
We are looking for an Out Reach Support Worker to support young people in their journey to independence, providing advocacy and support and the necessary skills for living independently and maintaining a tenancy.
The role will be to provide support to young people aged 16-25 at risk of social exclusion and homelessness to enable them to identify and achieve their goals and aspirations including employment, education and training.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible as you will be expected to work some evenings and weekends.
