Hours: Full Time (Includes some Saturdays)
Salary: £16,619.46 per annum
The Benjamin Foundation are looking to recruit a Retail Assistant/Van Driver to work in their Norwich Furniture Store. Duties include: driving the van, collecting donated furniture/white goods and delivering sold items to customers. Applicants should have excellent customer service skills and knowledge and experience of working in retail as the role also includes working in the furniture store.
The Holt branch is one of our furniture reuse stores which is operated by the Benjamin Foundation’s Trading Company – Ben’s Social Enterprises Ltd. We have other stores selling good quality furniture and electrical goods in Norwich and Dereham. These stores take in donated items and the profits they make, help to fund all our other work for children, families and young people in Norfolk.
The Benjamin Foundation fully embeds the Nurtured Heart Approach ® in all that it does and staff will adopt this approach as a part of their practice. Information and training about this Approach will be provided.
