Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 pro rata
To line manage and supervise any training volunteers and/or apprentices. To research, develop, deliver and promote various training sessions to multi agencies, communities, organisations and staff. To deliver talks, presentations & training to staff & other organisations. To research specialist training to add to our programme. To research & applying for accreditation of core training programme.
Relevant qualification and/or experience of training. Relevant qualification and/or experience of supervising staff. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently & as part of a team & able to respond calmly & professionally. Understanding of public relations & promoting the organization at all levels. Ability to operate, record & maintain admin systems. Flexible approach to working hours. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Good organisational skills. Driving license and the ability to travel.
Awareness of Domestic Abuse issues is desirable
