YMCA Norfolk are looking for a Youth Engagement Worker to be part of a new project ‘Kick the Dust’ funded by the Norfolk Museum Service.
The successful candidate will engage and support YMCA Norfolk residents to access the Norfolk Kick the Dust project. Whilst promoting meaningful use of time across all services to aid in the personal development of service users.

An understanding of effective participation methodology and excellent engagement and interpersonal skills to communicate with young people and adults from a variety of backgrounds. We would like you to have experience of youth participation and running small group sessions. Along with experience of acting in an advisory capacity, confidently making recommendations to external partners. You will be prepared to work unsocial hours, hold a full driving licence and have access to your own transport.
