Training Assessment

This full-day course aims to comprehensively meet the requirements for Continued Professional Development for those staff either new to care or for those requiring updates working in all areas of health and social care.

The contents are mapped to the recent changes in accordance with the CQC Inspection Framework (Key Lines of Enquiry) and the Skills for Care core and mandatory training recommendations. In addition, the programme contents map to the Care Certificate standards 1-9 & 14

Target Audience: Suitable for new staff (or those returning) to the care or support worker role PLUS staff refreshing their training in accordance with the CQC Inspection Framework and Skills for Care Core & Mandatory training recommendation
