Showcase what work is already happening in Norfolk to keep young people safe from exploitation
Introduce national examples of good practice
Help you gain an understanding on the perspective of Norfolk’s young people
Highlight the part detached youth work can play in supporting young people who are vulnerable to exploitation
Bring youth workers and the statutory sector together to develop a joined-up approach to child criminal exploitation
Identify next steps including looking at funding
Who should attend?
Youth workers (especially those in detached youth / outreach roles) and senior practitioners / frontline managers from VCSE sector, Health, YOT, Education, Police, District Councils, Early Help and Social Care.
