Target Staff: This workshop is for multi-agency staff and is relevant for all practitioners and managers who are involved in child protection work.
Course Duration: Half day 09:00 - 13:00
NB: There will be the opportunity between 13:00 and 14:00 to participate in practitioner action learning to explore ways of developing work with fathers within their own practice.
Course Aims: To provide managers and frontline staff with confidence and knowledge to develop and deliver practical strategies to work with fathers and father figures in order to protect children more effectively through strengthened safeguarding practices and improved risk management.
