Essential and Basic First Aid

The course is designed to give you the skills and confidence to deal with a first aid situation. Your skills can be applied at any time, either for a colleague, or a family member, and it can help to save lives. Please be aware that this does not qualify you under the Health and Safety Executive as a First Aider at work.

Aims & Objectives

The aim of the course is to give the delegate an informative, but enjoyable learning experience, give them the basic skills of emergency first aid and to install confidence so they can administer effective treatment and care. The objective of the course is to train the delegate to be able to apply the basic rules of First Aid – Promote recovery, Prevent the condition becoming worse, and to preserve life.
